Hello, Welcome to My Story
What Makes Me Unique

Innovative education consultant with a passion for supporting educational initiatives and enhancing the way knowledge is acquired.

Tactical leader, designer and implementer of strategies that empower adult learners, drive educational excellence, promote critical thinking and foster a culture of continuous learning.

For over 25 years, I've assisted business and post-secondary institutions, like yours,  to achieve their learning goals using solid strategies and innovation.   In my ongoing research, there is growing evidence that with the complex structure and rapidly changing business environment, employee competencies to perform adequately in the workplace are lacking and these competencies need to be acquired accurately and quickly.   Increased time burdens as a result of organizational changes have produced a "time famine" for employees which is the feeling of having too much work to do and too little time to do it.  With organizational change happening so rapidly and employee time to get the job done is at a premium, employees are finding it difficult to learn the necessary competencies to grow and be effective on the job.  The way we teach and learn in today’s world has not changed for sometime now and is ineffective. We still use time-consuming classroom training, workshops and seminars as a way to educate employees. Yes, we have advanced our teaching and learning, somewhat, with eLearning and webinars but still at the expense of our valuable time.

It was this discovery that compelled me to strategically refine how learning programs are designed in order to vanish the time between learning and work in order to learn new competencies quickly and apply them to your profession, just-when-needed.
